What you need to work with Diia

Most business services require a qualified electronic signature (QES) or Diia.Signature. It is precisely this that replaces a handwritten signature and gives documents legal force. Without it, only information services are available (viewing data, certificates).

ImportantDiia is convenient for standard situations but has limits: automatic online registration is unavailable if there are legal entities or foreigners among the founders, a custom charter is needed or the ownership structure is complex. In such cases the action is arranged through a state registrar or notary — and here it is worth involving a lawyer to get it right the first time.
